Referrals to Group Programs

Clients can be referred to a group therapy program either by contacting the clinic directly on 3365 6451, or by completing the group referral form:

If the group program attracts a Medicare rebate, a client must be referred by a GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician under a Mental Health Care Plan to receive the rebate. See Group Therapy for more information on which programs attract a Medicare rebate.
